SAP COMT_PME_XREF Where-Used List of Attributes and Values Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure COMT_PME_XREF using ABAP code?

As COMT_PME_XREF is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on COMT_PME_XREF as there is no data to select.
