SAP COMT_ATTR_DESC Description of a Set Type Attribute (History) Table data and field list

COMT_ATTR_DESC is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Description of a Set Type Attribute (History)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure COMT_ATTR_DESC using ABAP code?
