SAP COMS_ALTID_TYPE_GUID Control Data for Alternative Product IDs and GUID Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure COMS_ALTID_TYPE_GUID using ABAP code?

As COMS_ALTID_TYPE_GUID is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on COMS_ALTID_TYPE_GUID as there is no data to select.
