SAP CMS_STR_TSK Tasks Data (DB Format without MANDT) Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CMS_STR_TSK using ABAP code?

As CMS_STR_TSK is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CMS_STR_TSK as there is no data to select.
