SAP CMS_STR_TEXT_ID Structure: Text ID Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CMS_STR_TEXT_ID using ABAP code?

As CMS_STR_TEXT_ID is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CMS_STR_TEXT_ID as there is no data to select.
