SAP CMS_STR_COR_SEC_POS Security account: Position details Table data and field list

CMS_STR_COR_SEC_POS is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Security account: Position details" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CMS_STR_COR_SEC_POS using ABAP code?
