SAP CMS_RE_STR_HIST Structure for history Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CMS_RE_STR_HIST using ABAP code?

As CMS_RE_STR_HIST is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CMS_RE_STR_HIST as there is no data to select.
