SAP CME_S_VALUE_TEXT CME Data Type -Texts for Values- Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CME_S_VALUE_TEXT using ABAP code?

As CME_S_VALUE_TEXT is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CME_S_VALUE_TEXT as there is no data to select.
