SAP CKI_ORDER_INPUTS Input Materials for an Order Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CKI_ORDER_INPUTS using ABAP code?

As CKI_ORDER_INPUTS is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CKI_ORDER_INPUTS as there is no data to select.
