SAP CKI_ML_CTY Currency types and currencies Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CKI_ML_CTY using ABAP code?

As CKI_ML_CTY is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CKI_ML_CTY as there is no data to select.
