SAP CIF_S_LAYOUT_PRF Structure for Field Catalog, Sort and Filter Criteria Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CIF_S_LAYOUT_PRF using ABAP code?

As CIF_S_LAYOUT_PRF is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CIF_S_LAYOUT_PRF as there is no data to select.
