SAP CIF_R3APOO Orders, Material, Plant, Production Version, Explosion Date Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CIF_R3APOO using ABAP code?

As CIF_R3APOO is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CIF_R3APOO as there is no data to select.
