SAP CIF_APOOPD APO Data Fields of Operations, from Release 3.0 Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CIF_APOOPD using ABAP code?

As CIF_APOOPD is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CIF_APOOPD as there is no data to select.
