SAP CFX_API_TS_AREA Attributes of a Work Area Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure CFX_API_TS_AREA using ABAP code?

As CFX_API_TS_AREA is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on CFX_API_TS_AREA as there is no data to select.
