SAP BUS0RANGE CBP: Value range for value transfer of change doc. objects Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BUS0RANGE using ABAP code?

As BUS0RANGE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on BUS0RANGE as there is no data to select.
