BPI001_UNW is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "FS-Specific Attributes: Undesirable Customer" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BPI001_UNW using ABAP code?
