SAP BBPS_TREE_UI Tree Structure for UI Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBPS_TREE_UI using ABAP code?

As BBPS_TREE_UI is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on BBPS_TREE_UI as there is no data to select.
