SAP BBPS_OM_USR_RELATION Assigned Object of an Organizational Unit Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBPS_OM_USR_RELATION using ABAP code?

As BBPS_OM_USR_RELATION is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on BBPS_OM_USR_RELATION as there is no data to select.
