SAP BBPS_NAME_VALUE Name Value Pair Table data and field list

BBPS_NAME_VALUE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Name Value Pair" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBPS_NAME_VALUE using ABAP code?
