SAP BBP_VENMAP Backend - Vendor Mapping Table data and field list

BBP_VENMAP is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Backend - Vendor Mapping" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBP_VENMAP using ABAP code?
