SAP BBP_USER_PRCAT_KEYS User-Specific: Permitted Product Categories, Texts Table data and field list

BBP_USER_PRCAT_KEYS is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "User-Specific: Permitted Product Categories, Texts" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBP_USER_PRCAT_KEYS using ABAP code?
