SAP BBP_ATTRIBUTES User Specific Parameters (Values) Table data and field list

BBP_ATTRIBUTES is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "User Specific Parameters (Values)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBP_ATTRIBUTES using ABAP code?
