SAP BBP_ATTR_LIST List of Attributes Table data and field list

BBP_ATTR_LIST is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "List of Attributes" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBP_ATTR_LIST using ABAP code?
