SAP BAPIFRML_INPUT_MAT RMS-FRM: LoM Input Item (Material) Table data and field list

BAPIFRML_INPUT_MAT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "RMS-FRM: LoM Input Item (Material)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BAPIFRML_INPUT_MAT using ABAP code?
