SAP BAPI_TS_TASK_TMPL BAPI CREATE/CHANGE: Task Fields in Template Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BAPI_TS_TASK_TMPL using ABAP code?

As BAPI_TS_TASK_TMPL is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on BAPI_TS_TASK_TMPL as there is no data to select.
