SAP BAPI_TS_MESSAGE_HEADER Message Header for Message Class DPR_BAPI Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BAPI_TS_MESSAGE_HEADER using ABAP code?

As BAPI_TS_MESSAGE_HEADER is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on BAPI_TS_MESSAGE_HEADER as there is no data to select.
