BAPI_ITOB is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "PM: BAPI Structure for ITOBAPI_CREATE + READ Fields" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BAPI_ITOB using ABAP code?
