SAP AV03V Structure of the Transfer Table for the Avail.Checkk Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure AV03V using ABAP code?

As AV03V is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on AV03V as there is no data to select.
