SAP ACT_CUSTDATA_ST Structute for activity CI Table data and field list

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure ACT_CUSTDATA_ST using ABAP code?

As ACT_CUSTDATA_ST is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on ACT_CUSTDATA_ST as there is no data to select.
