ABAP member SAPFGBB1 has been re-initialized. All validations/substitutions and rules are deleted from the ABAP code for all clients.
A new generation is necessary if the validation/substitution tool is used.

How to fix the issue?
If validation/substitution is already being used, you must run RGUGBR00 in every client where it is used.
