TKA01_CORE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Controlling Areas: Fields Existing in all Systems" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure TKA01_CORE using ABAP code?
