STRX_IDX is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Index Information" Information within sap ABAP programs.
This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.
i.e. DATA: wa_STRX_IDX TYPE STRX_IDX.
The STRX_IDX table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Index Information data available in SAP. These include LAISO (2-Character SAP Language Code), TM_ENGINE (Text Mining Engine Used), X_NO_TRAINING (Checkbox), X_USE_FILTER (Checkbox).. How do I retrieve data from SAP structure STRX_IDX using ABAP code?
As STRX_IDX is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on STRX_IDX as there is no data to select.How to access SAP table STRX_IDX
