RSR_S_CHAFIX is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Characteristic with Fixed Values" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RSR_S_CHAFIX using ABAP code?
