RGVALUE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "FI-SL: Value Fields" Information within sap ABAP programs.
This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.
i.e. DATA: wa_RGVALUE TYPE RGVALUE.
The RGVALUE table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about FI-SL: Value Fields data available in SAP. These include WERTV9 (9(17)-character value field with 2 decimal places), WERTV10 (Value field 10(19)-digit with 2 decimal places), MENGE8 (8(15)-character quantity field with 3 decimal places), MENGE9 (Quantity).. How do I retrieve data from SAP structure RGVALUE using ABAP code?
As RGVALUE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on RGVALUE as there is no data to select.How to access SAP table RGVALUE
