PT1045_EXT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Appraisal (infotype 1044 and screen fields added)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure PT1045_EXT using ABAP code?
