PES_62IGA is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Infotype 62 data that is displayed in the IGA" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure PES_62IGA using ABAP code?
