PAT_31ATTR is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Patch Attributes (Release 3.1)" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure PAT_31ATTR using ABAP code?
