MSSA_EXT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Stock Fields that are not in MSSA" Information within sap ABAP programs.
This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.
i.e. DATA: wa_MSSA_EXT TYPE MSSA_EXT.
The MSSA_EXT table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Stock Fields that are not in MSSA data available in SAP. How do I retrieve data from SAP structure MSSA_EXT using ABAP code?
As MSSA_EXT is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on MSSA_EXT as there is no data to select.How to access SAP table MSSA_EXT
