J_3GKOMALT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Fields from Old Structure J_3GPRLKOP" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure J_3GKOMALT using ABAP code?
