FKK_MA_DATA is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "MA: All Data for Master Agreement" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FKK_MA_DATA using ABAP code?
