FABE is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Production order - Document history" Information within sap ABAP programs.
This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.
i.e. DATA: wa_FABE TYPE FABE.
The FABE table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Production order - Document history data available in SAP. These include POSNR (Order Item Number), BUZEI (Item in Material Document), BUDAT (Posting Date in the Document), ELIKZ ('Delivery Completed' Indicator).. How do I retrieve data from SAP structure FABE using ABAP code?
As FABE is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on FABE as there is no data to select.How to access SAP table FABE
