How do I retrieve data from SAP append structure EHP4_FM using ABAP code?

As EHP4_FM is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on EHP4_FM as there is no data to select. You could however select data from any tables that this append structure has been assigned too.
