BCSS_OID is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Object GUID" Information within sap ABAP programs.
This is done by declaring abap internal tables, work areas or database tables based on this Structure. These can then be used to store and process the required data appropriately.
i.e. DATA: wa_BCSS_OID TYPE BCSS_OID.
The BCSS_OID table consists of various fields, each holding specific information or linking keys about Object GUID data available in SAP. These include OBJECT_GUID (Globally Unique Identifier).. How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BCSS_OID using ABAP code?
As BCSS_OID is a database structure and not a table it does not store any data in the SAP data dictionary. The ABAP SELECT statement is therefore not appropriate and can not be performed on BCSS_OID as there is no data to select.How to access SAP table BCSS_OID
