BBP_ADRP_40 is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Persons (Central Address Management), Release 4.0" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BBP_ADRP_40 using ABAP code?
