BAPIHR1001 is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "HR: Infotype 1001 Relationships" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BAPIHR1001 using ABAP code?
