BAL_S_FCAT is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Application Log: Display field catalog" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure BAL_S_FCAT using ABAP code?
