/BDL/MSSHELP is a standard SAP Structure so does not store data like a database table does. It can be used to define the fields of other actual tables or to process "Structure to hold dataelements which hold F1 help docu" Information within sap ABAP programs.

How do I retrieve data from SAP structure /BDL/MSSHELP using ABAP code?
