Parameter documentation

Parameter wdisp/status_poll_interval (default 0 seconds) specifies the poll internal of a buffered load balancer. The Web Dispatcher quits the state "Running" as soon as it receives a soft shutdown request. However, the Web Dispatcher still accepts new connections for the duration of the configured poll interval in order to give the Load Balancer time to recognize the change of state.
