This parameter allows you to accept RFC connections without SNC encryption from the same SAP system with internal destinations (see SM59), even if no insecure RFC connections are accepted because parameter snc/accept_insecure_rfc = 0. This parameter only has any effect if snc/accept_insecure_rfc = 0, since otherwise insecure RFC connections are accepted anyway.
