Parameter documentation

If an attempt to connect to a remote printer (type U) fails when sending a print job, a number of retries are made. The number of retries is limited by rspo/tcp/retries. To enable a wait time and to relieve the spool work process from further contact attemtps for this or any other task request, the affected printer is inactivated for the number of seconds specified here.
