If an attempt to connect to a remote printer (type U) fails when sending
a print job, a number of retries are made. The number of retries is
limited by rspo/tcp/retries>. To enable a wait
time and to relieve the spool work process from further contact attemtps
for this or any other task request, the affected printer is inactivated
for the number of seconds specified here.
